Empathic, listening, mindful Therapies

Hello and a warm welcome.

I’m a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and EMDR practitioner who is BACP Accredited. I provide tailored and effective therapy to meet the needs of couples, individuals, children and young people. I work face to face in Banbury as well as online.

What does Elm mean?

I chose the name Elm because the letters stand for empowering, listening and mindful, which reflect my way of working.

If you’re considering counselling, finding the right therapist is most important. Feeling safe, heard and understood are known to influence how effective any form of psychotherapy can be. I hope the information here helps you decide if I’m the right therapist for you. I also offer a free confidential phone call to help in making your decision.
