BACP Registered Psychotherapist in Banbury
Empathic, listening, mindful Therapies
Would you like to feel calmer, clearer, and more able to cope with challenges?
As a BACP Accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor, I am trained to actively listen as you process negative emotions, traumatic experiences or difficult relationships.
My Approach
Elm stands for ‘empowering, listening and mindful.’ Trees symbolise how therapy can help heal root issues, build on core strengths and support new growth.
Elm trees are said to symbolise the cycles of birth and death and balancing heart and mind, which echoes some of the life issues brought to counselling.
The information here mirrors my aim to offer you a safe space to process patterns of behaviour that are causing dis-ease and connect you with your own abilities to heal to move forward.
What I Can Help With
I can help with processing a wide-range of issuses causing distress, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Trauma
- Bereavement, grief and loss
- Depression
- Anxiety, stress, over-thinking
- Loneliness
- Low self-esteem
- Shame or guilt
- Family/relationship problems
Kind Words
Make sure when you say ‘yes’ to others, you’re not saying ‘no’ to yourself
